Today’s Lessons

1. As soon as your India Ink starts to get gummy, and you have to begin diluting it with distilled water (NEVER USE TAP), go ahead and buy another bottle and try it. If there’s a huge difference between the new and old bottles, that shows how unusable the old bottle was becoming.

2. Creating comic pages that are basically storyboards that you can use in animation gets you farther ahead on animation than sitting at the computer trying to kludge something together from scratch. Or even having a script ready. With a comic page, you have the visuals partway done.

3. I’m making this livestream public to draw in patrons; please do not take offense if you are a Patron Saint.

More soon, enjoy the boring livestream!
